What is Pickkon?
Pickkon is a Miami-Dade and Broward County value-added pickup and delivery service that is easy to use. Every Pickkon customer makes or needs several deliveries and/or pickups per month to different destinations. We have designed personalized monthly plans that cover your every personal and business need. We offer easy to understand plans, our Plans XX/YY where XX is the average number of trips you may need per month and YY is the maximum distance of those trips. Another way of better understanding the YY number is to think of it as the radius of the delivery area covered by your plan generally drawn from your home base or business headquarters to the maximum distance trip. Just contact us, and we’ll work out with you what’s the best plan XX/YY for you!
How do I use Pickkon?
Once you buy a Plan XX/YY with us, you have XX trips included in it at a maximum distance of YY miles. Now you just have to plan the logistics needed every week and tell us what to do in advance. It’s much better to plan all the weekly trips needed to be done in one day, but the plan also covers them if you need daily trips. Please tell us what to do at least one day in advance so we can plan ahead. Depending on the plan you buy, only limited same-day deliveries and/or pickups are included in your plan.
Can I use Pickkon for personal logistics?
Yes, you can. We have personal plans for your every need. Just tell us what to do ahead of time, and we’ll do it for you! For example, we can buy your groceries, pick up the cleaners, buy something for you at Home Depot or Office Depot, or any store, deliver documents, pick up your golf bag at the country club, get your dog’s food at your favorite pet store and much more. Just call us ahead and tell us what needs to be done. Free up your time on weekends and workdays from time-consuming and bothersome personal errands. Remember, on average, every one of us makes 5 personal errands per week. That’s almost 22 errands per month!
Can I use Pickkon for business logistics?
Yes, you can. We have business plans for your every need. Just tell us what to do ahead of time, and we’ll do it for you! For example, we can deliver your online orders in a friendly, differentiated manner, pickup and even buy supplies for you, help you distribute and deliver your goods, pickup and deliver sensitive documents, and much more. Just call us ahead and tell us what needs to be done. Cut on your business in-house costs and free up your valuable time for meaningful and productive work. Remember, on average, every small business makes 10 logistics trips per week. That’s almost 43 trips per month!
Do you have tailor-made plans?
Yes, that’s exactly what we love to do! In the end, all logistics translate to X number of trips and Y number of miles. Just contact us to understand your needs better and help you choose the right plan for you or your business!
What’s does Value Added logistics mean?
It means we do all of your logistics in a friendly and mindful way. But we take it a step further! We represent you or your company brand in front of your client or supplier. And we even go the extra mile for you! Do you need us to deliver a sales pitch or basic training to your customers when we deliver? Is there something to assemble or install when we deliver? Need us to deliver dressed with your brand image? We’ll do all that and more for you!
When can I use Pickkon?
Pickkon is available 8 am to 6 pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year except for Christmas, Thanksgiving, and July 4th.
Can I track my logistics?
Yes! Of course. We provide you with the ability to see the current status and communicate with the Driver, as necessary.
How do I contact Pickkon to learn more?
Give us a call at +1 954-305-8588, where one of our logistics experts will meet with you and analyze your monthly logistics needs. They will recommend the right personal and/or business or design a Taylor made plan for you. Our goal is to cover all your logistics needs at the lowest possible cost.
Can I change my Pickkon plan once I select it?
Yes, you can change plans anytime at the end of your service month, and you can either upgrade it or downgraded to fit your new needs.
Can I cancel my Pickkon plan?
Yes, you can change cancel your plan anytime at the end of your service month with no penalties.
Do I have same-day deliveries included in my plan?
Depending on the plan you buy, limited same-day deliveries and/or pickups are included in your plan.
